We started Troy Benefits Consulting to add more value to employee benefits programs. We guarantee that we can provide more value than most brokerages. We are so confident in our services we offer a comprehensive complimentary review of your employee benefit programs. Businesses that employ less than 500 people make up almost 50% of the U.S. economy and create two-thirds of the new jobs. They are the lifeblood of the U.S. economy, driving innovation and competitiveness! We have the utmost respect for these businesses. 


Our passion is advocating for these businesses, helping them navigate the big insurance companies. Some of our clients are entrepreneurs, second-generation business owners, and people working to find cures for diseases! Generally, business owners don’t compensate their insurance brokers directly. Instead, brokers are compensated by health insurance carriers a per participant per month fee. As a result, many brokerages focus on large businesses and not so much on mid-size companies. We are the exact opposite! Our passion, dedication, and focus are only for small and mid-size companies.
