Our Founder

Adrienne Politis has been offering strategic employee benefits advice and administration to companies for more than 13 years. Before launching her own agency, Troy Benefits Consulting, she worked for some of the largest insurance companies in the United States. Then for one of the largest insurance brokerages in New England. Working in different positions at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 insurance companies and a brokerage provided the opportunity to partner with plan sponsors, benefit brokers, carrier representatives, human resource professionals, and business owners. Her various roles and diverse partnerships enabled a 360-degree view of how benefits are requested, designed, rated, implemented, communicated, utilized, serviced, and renewed.  As a result of her background, she can anticipate what is needed for a business to run smoothly. She implemented her processes into the standard operating procedures at Troy Benefits Consulting. This agency offers the same cutting-edge technology and compliance platform as the largest brokerages yet with a boutique agency level of customer service that small to mid-sizes businesses need and deserve. She holds a bachelor's degree from Framingham State University and is a fully insured and licensed health and life insurance broker. She is also an active member of the New England Employee Benefits Council and the Northeast Human Resource Association.
